Genevieve Tremblay co-leads the immersive workshop “Marine Science, OceanArts: Interdisciplinary · Intertidal · Interdependent” at the University of Washington’s Friday Harbor Laboratories (San Juan Islands, USA), from July 6 to 27, 2025. Together with Drs. Marjorie Wonham and Xochitl Clare, they invite artists, scientists, and educators to explore oceanic emergence through research and creative practice. The course will feature guest speaker Fernanda Oyarzún (SECOS) and aims to co-create new knowledge and actions by combining marine fieldwork with artistic inquiry.
